Hi Martyn,
It seems to be only a header information that has not got cleared for some
reason. You could use DBView to try and track down offending item. This
article should help you as a guideline to track it down -

moving the mail as explained in the article, just create one and send it to
ensure it is placed in the Outbox and follow the steps explained.
