You should NEVER post an un-munged email address in a newsgroup....
you will be deluged with spam!
Since others may be interested in knowing what your problem and
solution is, as a rule, posters here always reply to the newsgroup,
not to the the individual poster.
If you are not in fact infected with malware, the pop-ups may be due
to the Messenger Service (I don't mean Windows, MSN, or Windows Live
Messengers).
