Just a suggestion that you get an Ethernet Switch to connect all of your PCs in
a local network. Better is a Wireless Router because they include firewalls but
you can turn the wireless off. Most will connect up to 4 Ethernet devices but
the network can be expanded for more if needed.
You will need two external Ethernet modems, one for Satellite and the second
for Dial-Up and that requires an Ethernet switch or manually exchanging the
Ethernet connections and rebooting the Router so the modem will "find" it.
