Hi,

One way of forcing a change (complete resync of calendar) is as follows:

1. Open Outlook and goto Calendar.
2. Right-click the Calendar folder and create a new folder of Calendar Type.
3. Click View -> Arrange by -> Current View -> By Category (This will list
all your appointments category wise)
4. Select All (Press Ctrl + A) and drag the selected items into your new
folder.
5. Synchronize the empty Calendar with your PPC and it will erase all the
appointments from your device.

Now you can start moving the appointments to the default Calendar in small
batches and sync. See if it helps get back the older appointments which are
not syncing. If it still doesn't, I would suggest you try perform a edit
operation on one of the appointments which is not syncing. Save it and try
to see if it synchronizes.

I've resolved this by performing the /cleanfreebusy startup - it will cleanup
the free/busy information that sometimes "goes stupid" with recurring
appointments.

Use the Start - Run box:

enter outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

and click OK. Outlook will cleanup the free/busy information, and that
might help you out. Doesn't hurt to do that every once in awhile anyway as a
maintenance task to head off problems before they start.

Hope this helps!
