It probably one or a few bad calendar items. I would move all of the
calendar items to a local PST and move a group at a time, back, then sync
beween each group.

In Outlook, click on the Calendar folder. Then select
View->CurrentView->Events. You will be then presented with a list of all
calendar items. Select ctrl-a and drag them to a new folder.
