Anyone have an explanation for this? This is so asinine that it seems MS is
trying to have as FEW people as possible using the service. Skype uses 100%
CPU for me on Vista, so I want to try going with MS for a while, but like you
guys, I get four choices of credit cards to use (Which, if asked I would have
named as the least used CCs), AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, and some Japanese
card (apparently)... No Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or anything else...
Diner's Club is famous because it's named everywhere yet no one has ever seen
one (ok, I think I saw one about 15 years ago in Mexico, go figure...)
Very very dumb. I want to pay Microsoft, they just don't want to take my
money.
