follow up...
Problem now sorted, have just received email from Trusteer Rapport today to say that they now have new version which works with final release of IE9.....

Here is link for this....
http://download.trusteer.com/Gcur4Wtnu/RapportSetup.exe
The version number is 3.5.1008.24
