You need to buy a laptop drive of the type suitable to connect to your
motherboard.

If you have a motherboard which only accepts IDE drives, you will also need
to buy one of these

If your motherboard accepts SATA hard drives, the standard SATA connector
cable will suffice

You will also need to get cloning software. This one is just one option..
