RE: Can't delete mail from deleted box

I've done everything in each of the suggestions below and still get the
message 'Unknown Error has occurred'. In fact, now a couple in my Inbox have
the same message.

Try running my Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) to compact and repair the database. Then make sure you have the latest updates to Vista and also see point 3 here: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3
