According to WLMessenger MVP Jonathan Kay, the following Command removes
WLSign-in Assistant:

msiexec /x {45338B07-A236-4270-9A77-EBB4115517B5}
--

That's not the same version installed on my network. I would have to
use: msiexec /x {9422C8EA-B0C6-4197-B8FC-DC797658CA00}
Maybe someone else will need this one.
