re: cannot display saved mhtml file with chinese characters correctly

i saved some chinese character documents in mhtml format . i cant opened
them with my internet browser ver 8 beta 1 emulating as ie 7. i thought i
have no such problem in the past.
i tried using browser opera and it could load the page correctly and i can
view them as readable text. what is the problem here ? how do i fix it ? pls
help/advice.
