Thanks for the information, it was right on! But for most users, I suggest
they call on the Microsoft free helpline (1866 PC SAFETY) for assistance in
solving this problem, as it is a bear. This is one of the few instances
where you can actually get free assistance from Microsoft, so why not take
advantage of it, since not all the suggestions below actually solve the
problem. It took a good two hours on the phone with two of their techs to
eliminate the problem, which only produced another problem that they had to
escalate to a higher level technician to solve. Thanks again.
