This issue is most likely caused by your Anti Virus . Disable the email scanning
from your Anti Virus and test.
To disable the email integration properly you will need to uninstall your AV and
then re-install it without the email integration (scanning)

Did you disable it the way I posted by uninstalling and the re-installing without
the email integration or you just used the Disable button to do it.
You need to follow what I posted because by just using the disable switch will not
work most of the time. It will not completely disable the option
