RE: Can't delete mail from deleted box

I have over 2000 e-mails in the deleted file that I cannot delete. I tried
the edit and delete and that did not work. I am a basic user can someone
help walk me through the process using simple language

Use the Microsoft's fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

Although only "Outbox" is mentioned, the fix actually works for all folders.
