I believe that issue was tackled a couple weeks ago. As I recall the
solution had to do with the brain damaged IE.

Yes, your memory is correct, Ray. Please see my reply in the post "Unable to
edit HTML file" from WebEnabledServices sent 10/5/2009 12:08 AM.

BTW, this post appears to be a duplicate of the one referred to above. Can
we please get rid of this one to avoid confusion and possible dilution of
effort!
