It won't work. WLM requires Windows XP. There have been attempts to patch out the
non-existent function calls in 2k to make it work, but it just ends up being an unusable
mess.
You'll have to use MSN Messenger 7.0. 7.5 will work on Windows 2000 if you force it to, but
it can be crashed quite easily and isn't recommended either.
