Not urgent, since the driver offered by Microsoft is older than the one on
Nvidia's site - probably older than the one currently on your system if it
will not install.

Do not, EVER, install hardware drivers from Windows Update. If something
appears there, go and check the manufacturer's site for a newer driver.
