Keep in mind this group is for Windows Update issues. Not for general issues
with a specific program or a general Windows issue.
If you are running Windows ME, find the windowsme.general group.
If you are using Windows XP, find any one of
windowsxp.basics
windowsxp.general
Also, you should be clear if the situation involves email attachments, and
if true, which email program you use.
Your problem can be fixed.
