Hi,
Did you try disabling the Distributed File System and DFS replication
service on the problem server and then try?
If required after that:
1). reboot the server.
2). try unshare the folder first before deleting.
3). Make sure you have the ownership of the folder.
4). Try deleting the sub folder and files first.
5). or if required use Handle.exe to see any exitisting handle on the folder.
