And don't forget, you need to wear thick rubber gloves or rubber-soled
shoes while handling the computer, cables and modem. Actually, it's
most thorough to have the town cut the electricity to your house off
for a few hours. And for safety, it's good to have a licensed
electrician on hand. And keep a battery-powered mobile phone with you
at all times, in case of emergency.
