i have this problem, but the solution u gave didnt work, a pop-up box
came up saying:

The module "Initpki.dll" failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored at a specified path or debug it to check
for problems .DLL files.
The specified module could not be found. with the binary or dependant-

I'll be grateful for any help
