RE: I can't sign in to my new hotmail messenger 2009 build 1202

Hi.my name is WK.I also got the same problem whereby i got this error code
8000401a when i sign in.i suppose all window live messenger will somehow show
this error,cause i am using 8.1.Can anyone teach me how to solve it?i have
reboot ,reinstall, and is useless.
