Hi,
Microsoft does not support Business Contact Manager. A workaround is to use
Pocket On Schedule from www.odysseyinc.com or Pocket Lookout from
http://vonken.lookout.com

Hi,
Neither of these solutions will work for the Smartphone. They only run on
the Pocket PC.

I think that the Indian guy did well handling an awkward caller from what
you have written.

Hi,
Officially, your SmartPhone OEM is responsible for supporting ActiveSync as
well as your Smartphone per their contract with Microsoft. You can call
Microsoft for assistance however they will charge you $35.00 unless it is a
known problem with their products.

As I mentioned before, the Smartphone does not support file synchronization
by design.

The operators are not psychic. They pick up from what you say, if there was
an issue it is very probably because you were not clear and accurate enough,
and did not properly confirm your issue was understood. No-one can answer
something that has not been properly communicated, your posts indicate you
have a problem in doing this.
