Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and
WinHTTP 5.1 Windows 2000 (KB842773)

Ensure that no programs or browsers are open after the download
completes. If security software is monitoring changes to IE or Services,
then temp disable it.

Now install Windows2000-KB842773-x86-ENU.EXE
