CCleaner won't remove a virus from your computer, you should do a full
system scan with a virus scanner... such as Norton, McAfee, AVG,
AVAST...

In addition to this, in IE go to Tools>Internet Options>Connections
tab>LAN Settings button, then uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN...
