Go to the Tools menu in WM>accounts>select your account>Properties Button>on
the Connections tab, remove the check mark from" Always Connect
Using">apply>OK.
Now WM will use any available connection.
You may have to open Internet Explorer>tools men>internet
Options>connections>and set it to "never dial a connection".
