Re: contact icons do not appear

Greetings,

Do you mean in conversations or just the contact list?

I assume the latter since that's the usual enquiry for this -- just open the main contact
list, then click the "Manage your contacts"/"Sort your contacts" (depending on version) icon
which looks like two arrows to the right of the 'Find a contact or number' field. Then
choose Show Details or Show Contacts' Details (depending on version).

Thank you for the quick asnwer but this did not not solve my problem. The
image of my contacts is blank BOTH in conversations and in the contact list.
It seems that WLM does not receive/download these images even if I selected
this option in the setup.

Hi,

That's a different problem. Do you have ZoneAlarm or another third-party firewall
application installed? If so, uninstall it temporarily to see if that's causing the problem.
