Pat,
Can you answer Jess' question about systeminfo for us please?
It is a real PITA trying to figure out which tools XP HE users don't have
or how they can supplement their toolsets without installing XP Pro.
BTW are you aware that your post was unthreaded?
(grouped because of identical subject but unthreaded
because there is no References header.)
If you think it should have been threaded perhaps you should report
