OpenGL drivers usually come from the video card manufacturer - do you have
the latest drivers for your card? Also, Dx9.0c is only compatible with
certain video cards - is yours one of them?

Mine is an older card (NVidia GeForce MX440), so is unlikely to be
'compatible' with the latest
DirectX (?!), but was working fine with DirectX9b. I don't have the latest
driver installed for the
card - that was going to be my next port of call if nothing else was
forthcoming.

The point is that everything was working fine with 9b and all the drivers I
had. That is what made
me think that there was something due to 9c that had caused the problem.

Thanks for the response. If there are no other replies, I will try updating
the drivers. If that gives
no joy, I will have to see if I have a rollback (ghost) image before that
update - I think I have.

Cheers,
Martin
