iPods are not Microsoft products - nor are most hardware devices that you
probably run Windows on/with. It is up to the vendors of those products
whether they provide drivers to interface with an OS or not. Not Microsoft.
Not the makers of the various flavors of *nix. Not Apple (well - in this
partitcular case - it is up to Apple whether or not they provide drivers for
the iPod for Vista - but you get my meaning. heh)
Since they do not control the driver issues for all the products out there -
how do you expect them to release some magic update that allows for the old
drivers - the millions of them - to function properly in their new OS. You
must be one fantastic programmer. =)
$200 eh? Must be the upgrade version.
