Would have to be accomplished by a script. I have a script that runs
nightly that manges groups depending on certain criteria, I would post it
but it doesn so many other things it would be impossible for you to weed
just that function out. It can be scheduled to run nightly or more often if
you so choose.
Look at the script repository and center for some help.
