It's really important to identify the HP model. Without that the HP
support sites are next to unusable.
I'd also suggest that you look at the properties for the hpldzgl.sys
and post them. A fix, assuming the file is actually valid, may be quite
simple.

HP is Hewlett Packard. However there's no mention of this in your post, so
are you using an HP computer or some other brand?

Some info about the make/model of your PC will be helpful.

That is quite possible! the original file mentioned is similar to one
used on older HP laptops. Malware infection is quite possible.

Scan with your AV software and your malwarebytes program, or go online to
an antivirus company's site and scan with their free online scan. Several
companies have that.
