You can enable the Quick Access Toolbar(QAT)and add items available on the Tab(s) to the QAT.
Plan out in advance(the order) of what you'd like to add since items(icons) on the QAT can not be relocated.

Putting things from Tabs on the QAT will do just fine. However, I can't
figure out how to do that. Customize Quick Access Toolbar only offers to
put a very few things on the bar. I did put 'Print' there so I am on the
way but don't know how to put thing from the tabs on the bar.
