Read the paper, it calls for NVRAM for the cache, you then bring up the
question of USB drives (since you mention USBSTOR) if you are looking at
those they are NVRAM so you are not going to win. There was a long
discussion on this on NTDEV (http://www.osronline.com) a few days ago, look
for the subject "Filter Driver to speed up access to files?"
