No such thing as Vista Extreme Edition. Where did you get this from?
Could be a big part of your problem.

I do not like saying to the OP's that they have Pirated versions of the OS. They
find out the hard way and especially on Techarena and egghead forums as is the OP
here. So thanks

Yup, you got a hacked OS that was pirated from somewhere. Sounds like
what you need to do is backup your data then install a non-hacked
version of the OS. There is no way anyone can help you here with it as
we don't know in what way its been hacked/modified. Microsoft SURE as
heck won't help you.

As a follow up, I did a bit of a google search on this Vista Extreme. Oh
yeah its sure hacked pretty hardcore. Seriously pirated to boot as not
only is it based off Vista Ulitmate but it also "includes" Office 2007
Enterprise SP1.

I can't believe people trust these things.The ONLY solution for you is
back up your data, reformat your C drive and install a VALID, NON-HACKED
version of Vista.
