Auslogics Disk Defrag is very, very poor - the algorithm it uses is
worse than the standard Vista defrag (which is based partially on the
Diskeeper engine).
If you want a very good and free defragger then check out JkDefrag:
http://www.kessels.com/Jkdefrag/
If you're not into advanced settings, just double-click the exe and
everything will be defragged/optimized automatically.
However, I'd recommend getting the JkDefragGUI as well:
http://www.emro.nl/freeware/
where you can set everything you like... Read Jeoren Kessel's notes
about defragging etc. on his page. Generally it's recommended that you
do an extensive file-sorting on your partition dependent on what you are
using it for (usually sorting by name a.k.a. path is good enough
universally).
