I just installed Opera in W7 Beta and found the image is stored in
C:\Users\mike\AppData\Roaming\Opera\Opera\profile\ skin\image.jpg
Substitute appropriate username and substitute appropriate
filename for image.jpg. I assume the location is the same in
Vista.
