--->i am having problems migratring user profiles on the local machines. i
--->can transfer everything excpet these two settings. there are no errors

--->profile i just migrated and i can see as soon asi log in the desktop
--->colour changes and then something happens and it forces the colour and
--->the windows theme to be the widnows default xp theme and default
--->desktop colour.

--->have no group policy of any sort to force the default theme or the
