Hi,
Did you check to see if the devices have AKU2 installed on their Windows
Mobile 5.0 devices?
If they do not then you need to subscribe to sms messages and configure the
SMS function in Exchange for their account.
Also, did you change the configuration of the firewall to keep the
connection open? See
