Hello John,

Not direct as far as i know, what you can do is to stop and set to disabled
the "Windows Audio" service with GPO linked to the OU where the computers
are located. Try it first on a test OU with a test machine.

Go to:
Computer configuration, windows settings, Security Settings, System Services,
in the left pane you can configure the service.
