Prevents fragmentation, so less defragging down the road. Also defrags
automatically in the background whenever necessary.

Most interestingly, acccording to the vendor's blog, this
'fragmentation prevention' feature seems to have no adverse effect on
volume shadow copy service, and so fewer defrags will mean less free
space fluctuations due to snapshots growth.
