If it's NT5 try:
msinfo32 /category ComponentsDisplay
You may also get some clues from the Resources category.
BTW this sort of diagnosis is off-topic for this newsgroup.
You may get better help from a newsgroup which specializes
in your OS (whatever it it is.)
