Hi

From the reference to XML file I guess you are using ADAMSync?

displayNamePrintable is a different attribute from displayName and so
the exclusion should not apply. What type of object in AD LDS are
you synchronizing the AD users to? Can we see the full XML file
(anonymized if necessary)?
