Hi,

Please try and configured the Firewall settings to allow Windows Update
without filtering. Add the following urls to the exception list within your
Firewall/Proxy
<b>http://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com</b>
<b>https://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com</b>
<b>http://*.windowsupdate.com </b>
For help configuring Proxy/Firewall refer to documentation or contact the
manufacturer.
