Hi,

In my opinion each drive does *not* have a recycle bin, at least there
are many exceptions.

However if you haven't saved larger files to the drive on which you
deleted the files, you will be able to recover them using a file
recovery software. There are both free and paid versions. Checkout
that but if you have already written other data onto the drive, your
chances are low
