You need to buy more than an upgrade key, you need to buy the real,
final operating system.

$900 for an OS? I throw a hissy too. I'm not sure about ring-tailed hissy.
I save those for over $1500.

No, that's $900 for a one year MSDN OS-Level subscription that gives you all
supported OS's and other products.

Plus it'll cost more than $100 and you'll have to wipe what you have
probably - upgrading from unreleased betas (especially pirated ones) is
unlikely to be supported.

Go back to the seller and either call the authorities as they're selling
pirate goods or get them to buy you a legitimate copy of XP at their
expense. Your choice.

nah. i figure i already got the windows on here. SO ill just have like 6
friends chip in 50.00 each, and then install vista ultimate on all their
systems since it can be used up to 10 differnet systems. This way, we all get
it dirt cheap, tee hee

Only the Free Beta or RC releases could be installed 10 times and they all
have expiration dates. The real RTM versions can only be installed once.

Only the Beta and RC version may be loaded up to 10 times.

Final release (RTM) is just like other versions of MS
software - 1 license per installation!
