There is no Documents and Settings in Vista. The Documents and Settings, My
Documents, My Pictures, etc. are just virtual links called "junctions" in
Vista. They exist only to provide backwards compatibility for older
software which expects those locations to be there.

Look in the Public folder (or create a folder yourself) for the correct
place for this directory. The actual path is C:\Users\Public.
