You get to choose which one of those it is BTW. It is under tools, options.
With the partner highlighted (the PC name, not one of the items), select
settings. You will find the option there. We did lose the option of "ask"
for each conflict from AS 3.8.
There is no such setting as Global PC takes precedence or PPC takes
precedence. The selection is only valid for conflicts. If you delete all
the contacts from your PPC and sync, they will all be deleted from the PC
and vice versa. If you delete an entry from the PPC and change that same
entry on the PC, your conflict selection will be invoked.
