You are not "the" Administrator. You have an administrator account -
more properly, you *used to* have one.

A regular administrator account has only limited administrator
privileges, and regular accounts lack those. "The" administrator
account is called "Administrator".

I think you accidentally set your new account up as a standard account.

Microsoft chose a bad, i.e., very confusing, pair of names for these
items.
