As Lanwench said, this is not a server issue because the Netlogon service is
not a required service on a workstation. It's for a server.
If you are having problems connecting to a domain, my suggestion is to
either contact your IT administrator, or submit a ticket via your company's
IT support system.
If you are the administrator, please post the following information to
better assist you in troubleshooting the problem:
1. Unedited ipconfig /all from the workstation that is having the problem,
and from a workstation that is not having the problem.
2. Unedited ipconfig /all from two of your domain controllers.
3. Any event log errors in the workstation and your domain controllers.
